At the same time, the main chemical component Sabinene helps diminish the appearance of blemishes. It’s perfect for massaging into skin with fractionated coconut oil or lotion after a long day of work or intense exercise to aid the body in the natural recovery process.

Uses

• Add Blue Tansy oil a drop to your favourite moisturiser or cleanser and apply topically to help reduce the appearance of blemishes or soothe skin irritation.
• Include 1 or 2 drops of doTERRA Blue Tansy in lotion for a restoring massage after a stressful day or extreme workout.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops of Blue Tansy essential oil in the diffuser of choice.

Topical use: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml Fractionated Coconut Oil (carrier oil). For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil.
